• Tickets may be voided the same day before 11:59 PM (local time of issuance) for eligible itineraries.

FareFuzz is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of airlines, consolidators, or other third-party providers.
• Lost profits, missed connections, or delays.
• Force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemic travel disruptions).

FareFuzz’s liability is limited to the amount paid for our services

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law.

• Any dispute must be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Santa Clara County, California.
• You waive any right to class action or jury trial.
• California residents may also file claims through the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC) under applicable laws.
